The Algiers Community Foundation is facilitating the Algiers Towne Plan that will be submitted to the city and state as part of the overall rebuilding efforts for New Orleans and the State of Louisiana. We are joined in these efforts by The Algiers Charter Schools Association, Concordia, The New Orleans Education Foundation, Auburn University, The New Orleans Public Schools, The Council of Neighborhood Presidents, local state and city elected officials as well as numerous other groups and individuals who will add their input and expertise to the overall plan for Algiers. Public Workshops will be held on the following dates:
